Welcome to the world of romance. Author Melissa LaShure writes steamy, adventure packed, inspirational historical Christian romance novels that feature cowboys taming the wild west and rescuing damsels in distress. Nikki Boetger is a freelance illustrator and designer based in rural Indiana, where she creates from a studio overlooking the pastures and skies of the beautiful Midwest. With a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration from Columbus College of Art and Design and over a decade in the field, Nikki has illustrated more than 75 published works worldwide—from picture books and early readers to puzzles, games, and novelty books. Represented by Lemonade Illustration Agency, she works digitally and delights in hiding bugs, birds, and other small creatures throughout her scenes to spark visual literacy in young readers. Her clients include Crayola, Little Hippo Books, Teacher Created Materials, Cricket Magazines, Parragon Publishing, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital, among others. When not illustrating, Nikki enjoys life with her longtime partner JC and their pups, Zipper Girl and Lil Pete.
